At Crafty Bruja, we carefully select and prepare our products for each customer. Because many of our items are unique, handmade, limited, or individually sourced, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

Crafty Bruja does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchased products.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, style, or variation
  • No longer wanting an item
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with an item’s appearance
  • Items that differ from a customer’s expectations
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Failure to review an order before completing checkout
  • Delayed delivery caused by a shipping carrier
  • Packages shown by the carrier as delivered
  • Failure to retrieve a package from a carrier or delivery location
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or special offer

Please carefully review product descriptions, photographs, measurements, quantities, and other available information before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although all sales are final, if you receive an item that was damaged during shipment or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within [48 hours / 2 days] of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging, including any visible shipping damage

We will review the situation and determine, at our discretion, whether a replacement or other remedy is appropriate.

Contacting us about a damaged or incorrect order does not guarantee that a refund, replacement, store credit, or other remedy will be provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Crafty Bruja is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable after the shipping carrier records the package as delivered to the address provided with the order.

Customers should contact the applicable shipping carrier regarding delivery disputes or missing packages.

If an order is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

Order Cancellations

Orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Custom, Handmade, and One-of-a-Kind Items

Custom, handmade, personalized, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Because these products may have natural variations in color, shape, size, texture, markings, or appearance, such variations are not considered defects when they are consistent with the nature of the product.

Natural Products and Crystals

Crystals, minerals, stones, and other naturally occurring materials may vary in color, shape, size, texture, inclusions, markings, and other characteristics.

Such natural variations are part of the character of these products and are not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.

Product photographs may also appear somewhat different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, and electronically delivered services are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the purchase has been completed or the product has been made available for download or access.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, failed delivery, refused delivery, or a request to have an order shipped again, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact Crafty Bruja so that we can review the issue.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using the order and transaction information available to us.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude legally required refunds, replacements, warranties, or other consumer remedies.
